Health & Safety Policy

Al Tamimi Engineering Services LLC conducts health & safety training for preventing accidents/injuries of employees, achieving the company Motto, and completing work in the planned time frame. Each employee is to realize the importance of health & safety to perform their works perfectly as the company/client desire.

Once an employee is trained about health & safety requirements, he could avoid most accidents, save time and build confidence in his individual/joint work activities.

We seek to achieve a high standard in the health & safety of employees, consultants, clients, and other parties involved in the project.

We conduct training for employees individually or in groups when they are joining the company. The training venue is usually at the worksite.

Before commencing each project, during the pep talk, we give training to the employees regarding the health & safety measures to be considered in that particular project, as well as in general.

During health & safety training, we explain the importance and benefits of personal protective equipment. We also give practical demonstrations. The company gives strict instruction to employees to carry the PPE as routine and use it properly in every project site. Beyond that site in charge, safety officer and site engineers also ensure the same.

During the training, we demonstrate the use of a ladder, scaffolding safely, and the usage of a body harness. Also, safe usage of hand tools, machinery, electrical tools, equipment, and work-related accessories are demonstrated.

We also conduct a health & safety training program for all employees every year.
